The latest webinar looks at getting that first cheque, with exited founder, angel investor, and start-up advisor Rupa Popat.
After the runaway success of our first “Not another webinar, webinar”, we thought we do it again.
Often getting the first proper investor cheque is the hardest so we’ve twisted the arm of exited founder, angel investor, and advisor Rupa Popat to join us, give away her secrets and take questions from founders eager to get funded.
Like all our webinars, well like the first one anyway, we’ll aim to tell it like it is. Getting funded is hard, there are lots of mistakes you can make along the way. Our job is to give you that knowledge in the hope that when you do sit down to talk turkey with an investor a cheque, on the right terms, is not far behind.
As ever the session will be hosted by Aarish Shah our intrepid founder, start-up mentor, and start-up finance expert. Aarish brings a whole wealth of knowledge raising money, advising start-ups, and driving growth through strategic finance.
