Unless you\u2019ve been hiding under a rock, you will have come across the news that Sam Altman was sacked from OpenAI, hired by Microsoft, returned to OpenAI and sacked half the board.<\/p>\n

These two behemoths became a byword for excess in the private markets, with Tiger Global at one stage sending out one termsheet every single day.<\/p>\n
